Nevada State Library and Archives

The Nevada State Library is at 100 N. Stewart Street in Carson City.  The Library is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The Library is closed for state holidays.

The Nevada State Archives is at 100 N. Stewart Street in Carson City.  The Archives is on the Upper Level.  The Archives is open for research from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The Archives is closed for state holidays.

Regulations to be filed and meeting announcements to be posted should be brought to the main reference area of the State Library. It is located directly inside the doors on the northern side of the lobby's main entrances.

A bookdrop is available for returning library materials when the facility is closed. They may also be sent in interdepartmental mail or returned in person during regular hours.
