This Indenture made this nineteenth day of February one thousand and fifty five between Alanthus Clark and A.G. Stewart of White Rock & Placerville Respectfully- Eldorado County California of the first Part - Witness that the said Alanthus Clark & A.G. Stewart for and in consideration of three hundred dollars have granted bargained and Sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said Moses Job his heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever all and singular a certain Piece or parcel of land situate in Carson Valley Utah Territory; Commencing at Mr. Corsers North line beaing six hundred & forty acres more or less as described & recorded in the Recorders office of said valley together with all the Improvements In Witness Whereof We have hereunto set our hands & seals this Nineteenth day of February Eighteen hundred and fifty five
