belonging situated in Carson Valley Utah Territory at a place known as the old Mormon station to have and to hold the same to the said Johnathan Reese - Thomas H. Burress - Cornelius Eggbert - Rosanah Byrnes - Rebeca Monroe & Michel Frintz their heirs and assigns to them and their use and behoof forever. And we do covenant to warrant and defend the said grantee and quit claimed premises to the said Johnathan Reese - Thomas H. Burress - Cornelius Eggbert - Rosanah Byrnes - Rebeca Monroe - and Michael Frintz, their heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by or under us. Provided never theless that if we the said J & E. Reese & co or our heirs Executors and administrators shall pay to the said Johnathan Reese - Thomas H. Burress - Cornelius Eggbert - Rosanah Byrnes - Rebeca Monroe - & Michel Frintz their Executors and adminstrators and assigns
