This is to certify that I have this day taken up a Land Claim at the mouth of Clear Creek including the old Ford and Carson River bounded as follows to wit, Begining at the South East Corner of R. Sides & Co's claim runing South one mile Thence West one mile Thence North one mile to the south line of the above mentioned claim Thence East one mile to the place of begining
