Land claim taken up by Wm. P. Cozard. begining at John Howards Northwest corner runing South to Samuel Singleton's Northwest corner thence West 160 Rods to a large Pine tree with Cozards name marked on it thence North 160 Rods to another Pine tree on the Road leading from Mr. Motts up the Canyon thence East to the Place of begining; including the ranch known as the Fiddlers Green
