Know all men by these presents that John G.B. Parker have this day Bargained and sold to Richard Sides and Abernathie all of Carson Valley the ranch and premices namely to wit Known and described as the Clear Creek Ranch first taken up by George Miers and C. Phillips and then afterwards one half sold was sold to one Joseph Barnard and the past summer ocupied By one John Murphy and John G.B. Parker and L the said John Parker and now in full possesion of the same and have bargained and sold the same to Richard Sides & Bolan Abernathie for the sum of one hundred dollars to me in
