to be made of the real estate which the said Joseph Brown had on the 28th day of Nov 1854 as the said attachment reference being had thereunto made fully appears; I have levied upon and this day sold at public auction to Samuel Blackford who was the highest bidder for the sum of seven hundred & Eighty seven dollars & 32/100 which was the whole consideration of such sale the real Estate being one Equal & undivided half of the ranch known as Brown and Adams Ranch next north and Joining J.C. Fains ranch which sale is absolute given under my hand this 13th day of December 1854
