Joseph Brown } I Sqire Mott Constable of Carson Valley Utah Territory do hereby certify that by virtue of an attachment in the above cause tested the 28th day of Nov 1854 by which I was commanded to make of Joseph Brown in said Valley seven hundred and sixty seven dollars & 32/100 which Samuel Blackford has recovered against him in said court for his damages which he had sustained by reason of his not paying certain debtes for his not costs and charges & if sufficient goods & chattels could not be found that then I should cause the said damages
