Reee & Co by deed dated Oct. 30th 1854 Beginning in the sage brush near the base of the mountain running east 5 ° south to the river 160 rods, thence from the opposite side of the river in the same direction 160 rods thence south 5 ° west 160 rods thence west 5 ° North crossing the river 320 rods, thence north 5 ° east 160 Rods to the place of beginning including 320 Acres of land-
