Survey of Land taken up by R.D. Frost Beginning at the South west corner of "Eagle Ranch" runing parrallell with the base of the mountain, south & west one mile - thence east half a mile - thence north & east one mile thence west along the south line of Eagle Ranch to the place of beginning - to contain one half section of land more or less

Frosts East line - running from thence easterly one mile thence north half a mile - thence west one mile to the east line of Eagle Ranch -thence along said line to the place of beginning containing one half section of land more or less Recorded this 2nd day of April A.D. 1854
