Carson Valley Oct 6th 1853
Know all men by these presents that we have this day sold to E.L. Barnard all our right title and interest to the "Eagle Ranch" in Eagle Valley, being two sixths of the same: also we sell to him one sixth of the same belonging to A.J. Rollins: also one sixth of the same belonging to George Follanbee, which last two sixths were sold to us by said Rollins and Follansbee, and we hereby give up all claim and demand whatsoever we may have now, or have had, to the said E. L. Barnard, he having paid us a full consideration for the same
