Know all men by these presents that I John L. Cary and Thomas Knott have this day Bargained and sold William B Thorington all of a piece or parcel of Land situated as follows to wit; namely, Begining Known and Described By a certificate of Survey By J.H. Hayns surveyor in said valley as follows to wit; Commencing at a stake standing on the town line seven miles from the North west corner of said township No one thence running north 55 ° East one mile to a cedar stake thence South 35 ° East one mile to a cedar stake. thence South 55 ° West one mile to a cedar stake Standing on the town line North 35 ° west one mile along said town Line to the place of begining according to a plat and survey of said town made and Returned to the Clerks office
