Survey of Land taken up by J.H. Haynes & David Barney begining at the north west corner of said Land taken up by Scott & Furgerson Runing thence north 55° East one mile to the North East corner of Land belonging to said Scott & Furgerson thence South 55° east one mile to A cedar stake thence South 55° West one mile to A cedar stake standing on the town line thence North 35° east along said Town line one mile to the place of begining according to A plan and Survey made & returned to the Clerks office March 28th 1853 by J.H. Haynes Surveyor
