Survey of Land Taken up by J.H. Scott & Charls Furgerson begining at the South West corner of Land taken up by Howard & Singleton Runing thence north 55° East one mile to a cedar stake at the south east corner of said Howard & Singletons Land thence south 35° East two miles to a cedar state thence south 55° West to a cedar stake standing on the Town Line thence north 35° West two miles to the place of begining according to A Survey & plan made & Returned to the Clerk's office in Carson Valley March 28th 1853 by James H. Haynes
