Know all men by these presents that I Julius Peltier of Carson Valley Utah Territory in consideration of the sum of One Thousand dollars to me in hand Paid by R.D. Sides, J.M. Baldwin & L.B. Abernathie of the aforesaid valley & territory, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have bargained sold and quit claimed and by these presents do bargain sell and quit claim unto the said R.D.
