Bond on Attachment
Know all men that we John Reese and J.C. Fain are held and firmly bound unto G. Chorpenning in the sum of Six Hundred and Seventy five Dollars, to be paid to the said G. Chorpenning, his heirs or assigns: for which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves our Heirs & Assigns jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 14th of March A.D. 1853
Whereas the above Bonnderr John Reese has made application to E.L. Barnard J.P. of Carson Valley for an attachment in his favor & company, against the property of Woodward & Chorpenning or G. Chorpenning
