3 Within sixty days after filing said notice and description = improvements to the amount of one Hundred Dollars, shall be put on each claim, otherwise all rights of occupancy shall be lost - But parties of a firm who are actual settlers and farming and transacting business in company, may hold a claim for each partner by placing noteable improvements on one or more claims Occupancy in all cases shall be necessary to the holding of claims, either in person or by agent, and an absence of both principal and agent for more than thirty days, shall be considered an abandonment & Claims
