his authority To strengthen these & provide for the due execution of their benefits etc. there shall be a constable and a clerk appointed to aid and execute the decrees of these courts
Mr. E.L. Barnard was then proposed as magistrate, Wm Byrnes as Sherriff and Dr. Hylton clerk some arguments followed of an irrelavant character and the meeting finally agreed to the election of the three above named gentlemen. A committee was then appointed to consult & agree further upon matters for the consideration of a future meeting ordered to commence on the 29th
