to wit namely

No person shall be permitted to hold more than one quarter section of land at any one time, but should he dispose of his claim, he shall be free to enter another quarter section
8th
The sum of $25 shall be paid to the Recorder and Treasurer at the time claimant receives his or her certificate, which sum shall cover all expenses
9th
In order to render claims valid it shall be required of individuals to place on their claim improvements to the amount of $5 - within 180 days after receiving certificate thereof
