who shall enter lands on these terms and pay him the appointed fees: and further he shall be required to have his books always ready for the inspection of claimants or those wishing to become such

The Recorder & Treasurer shall not issue certificates for more than one quarter section to any one claimant, and only upon their paying him a sum not exceeding $25-

The Recorder & Treasurer shall be accountable to the permanent committee for the due discharge of his responsibilities, and receiving his appointment from them, be subject to removal by them in the event of any derelection
